MOUNTAIN BIKE SKILL GROUP CLINICS
We will resume our group clinics next year in 2011 during March or April. Stay tune. Contact us if you want to receive updates and notifications.
1:4 instructor:student ratio. Each session is a half day. Price per person $125.
In a fun and relaxed environment, we will review bike skill techniques from basics on how to mount and dismount your bike, how to balance your body on flats, how to go uphill and downhill to more advance techniques including pedaling, braking, gearing/shifting, climbing and descending, switchbacks, and even "air techniques" for those more intrepid riders wanting to learn how to launch, drop, and jump. And we will also learn about trail etiquette and go over basic bike fit and maintenance.

* Wednesday June 16 Coed Special Downhill Youth Only Skill Clinic tailored to young riders that want to master DH skills and improve their cross country riding. All levels (group will be split into levels: beginner, intermediate and advance based on participants). DH Bikes Rentals: Bikes n Beans, San Rafael will offer high end full fuspension downhill rentals.
